Using my Rebalance and Restore method, I help you resolve or significantly reduce chronic muscular aches and pains. This programme is particularly great for chronic lower back pain and discomfort. If you want to be active and live life to the full, this programme is for you.

Common issues people ask for help with are: shoulder and upper back pain, knee pain, hip and lower back pain.

What is the Rebalance and Restore Method?

I approach your body as a whole. You will learn how to fix your mobility and movement issues, reduce pain, improve flexibility and build strength,

Rebalance muscles - applying strategic soft tissue techniques to free restrictions allowing muscles to function more efficiently and move freely.

Restore movement - activating and strengthening previously inhibited muscles.

I help you build awareness around how you use your body through conscious movement and exercise, providing you with the independence to better manage the restoration of good healthy movement.

How long is a programme?

Rebalance and Restore Programmes are specific to you and are dependent on how you respond to your programme and the outcome you are seeking. Clients will start with a 6 session programme but most clients will benefit from 12 session programmes.  

How does a programme work?

Your programme will be made up of weekly in-person sessions. Programmes consist of a blend of soft tissue work, movement coaching, stretches and exercises. Weekly sessions allow for errors to be corrected before bad habits form but more importantly, your muscles get the releases they need so you can activate and engage the correct muscles more easily.

You will be set weekly tasks and exercises to keep you progressing. Email and video support can also be provided.

Where do sessions take place?

I am based in Worcester Park, but limited home visit appointments are also available in the local area.
