Getting older and want to maintain your strength, fitness and Move Better?

Know you should be doing Resistance Training but no idea what to do?

Worried you may hurt yourself whilst exercising?

Stretch and Strengthen Classes

Resistance exercises help you not only improve strength, but also maintain lean muscle and prevent osteoporosis. Maintaining lean muscle also keeps your metabolism high, so if you’re worried about middle age weight gain, it’s time to start working on your muscles.

To get the most out of resistance training, it’s important to move well. Therefore stretching and mobility exercises are key. Your posture will improve as a result too.

These classes teach you how to move better, get fitter and stronger using your own bodyweight as well as using weights.

If you are new to resistance training and you’re looking for a class where you can receive coaching to ensure you’re doing the exercises with good form, this may be the class you need.

Classes take place on Zoom, so as long as I can see you during the class, you will receive feedback on your form, so you can get the most from the exercises.

These classes will improve your strength, help you look more toned and you’ll move better.

Class size is currently limited to 7. So spaces are limited. Please contact me if you would like to try a class.

Benefits of joining an online virtual class:

  • you get to work out in your own home

  • you can't get distracted by what other people are doing

  • you get a great coach who wants to help you get the most out of your sessions

If you’d like to feel stronger, look more toned, stand taller, then contact me to book a taster.

Client Story

Virtual classes started as a result of COVID, but due to the ease of accessibility, members wish for them to continue.

“It's brilliant to be able to have coaching like this through lockdown. A real godsend!

The classes are great. Sabrina pays attention to each of the participants and gently encourages us to correct our posture or movements. The exercises are different each week so we're never bored. Sabrina is always happy to (and proactively does) suggest adjustments for participants who have reduced mobility through injury etc.”
