1-1 Personal Training (PT) is great for anyone looking to get fitter and stronger.

If you are new to fitness, exercising can be daunting. I can help you get to get started on your fitness journey, build your confidence whilst preventing injury.

Once your goals have been established, I help you to firstly ensure you are moving well. An exercise programme will then be created to help you get to where you want to be.  I coach you through the exercises and you have a programme to follow in between your sessions.  

Why choose ME?

I train clients to move well, building their strength and fitness gradually and safely. It’s very easy to go fast and hard using a body that’s moving poorly, but this increases the risk of injury. Clients I work with generally focus on functional fitness - being fit and strong so they can live their best life. If your focus is weight loss, I am probably not the PT for you, however working with me can support you in your weight loss journey.

How long is PT programme?

Programmes are a minimum of 6 weeks (one session per week) as this provides your body time to adjust and time to start to feel improvements.  Most PT clients will have long term fitness goals so choose to commit to long term programmes.

6 sessions start from £360.

Where do sessions take place?

PT sessions will usually take place in your home, or at a local park. I cover Worcester Park, Ewell, Kingston upon Thames, New Malden. PT can also take place via Zoom where appropriate.
