Untangling The Noise

A 5-Week Mentorship to Reclaim Your Identity & Navigate Change with Self-Trust

Whether you are contemplating a career shift, staring down an empty nest, or looking toward a new chapter of your life, the challenge is the same: The noise of who you were is drowning out the truth of who you are.

When everything is changing, it’s easy to feel stuck in a "Survival Loop" - clinging to old beliefs and outdated versions of ourselves because they feel safe, even as they start to feel suffocating.

Untangling the Noise is a high-touch, reflective mentorship designed to help you deconstruct the conditioning of the past so you can move into your next chapter with deep, unshakeable self-trust. We aren’t making scary leaps; we are building a bridge based on who you are now.

Is it a Career Change... or an Identity Shift?

Many of us try to solve an identity crisis with a practical fix. We think if we just find a different job, move to a different city, or start a new routine, the "noise" will stop.

But often, the "grip" you feel isn't about your role, it's about the mask you’ve had to wear to perform it. You might find you aren't actually tired of the work; you are tired of the version of yourself you have to be to do it.

In this mentorship, we don't just look at what you do. We look at who is doing it. We untangle the "Professional Mask", the outdated expectations, and the "Survival Blueprint" to find the person underneath who has been waiting for their turn to drive.

Breaking Out of Survival Mode

Most of us stay stuck not because we lack ambition, but because our Protector is trying to keep us safe. When you are in "Survival Mode", your brain treats change as a threat. This leaves you feeling foggy, exhausted, and unable to choose a direction, even when you know you can't stay where you are.

This mentorship is designed to help you step out of that mode by:

  • Understanding the Origin: Uncovering why your Protector stepped in and when this survival blueprint was first created.

  • Internal Mediation: Helping your need for safety and your need for growth to stop fighting and start working together.

  • Safe Exploration: Moving from scary "big leaps" to "Micro-steps" that your nervous system can actually handle.

How the Mentorship works

This pilot is a 4-week process delivered over 5 weeks, allowing for a 1-week break over the Easter period to let your insights settle.

The Mentorship starts: Monday 23 March 2026

Week 1: Deconstruct Why I’m Stuck Understand the "Old Map"—the conditioning, the beliefs, and the behaviours that kept you safe in the past but are keeping you stalled today. We confront the "Mask" and determine if you are facing a change of role, or a change of soul.

  • The Live Experience: Walking the Map. Together, we will physically and mentally step back through your journey to see what you are ready to leave behind and reclaim the strengths you need for today.

Week 2: The Inner Conflict (Mediation) When you feel "torn", it’s often because your Protector and your Essential Self are fighting for the steering wheel. We untangle your current needs and learn to distinguish the voice of fear from the voice of truth.

  • The Experience: Finding Common Ground. A gentle internal mediation to move from internal shouting to a sense of inner harmony.

Week 3: A week of integration

Week 4: Identifying What You Want Once the noise settles, we find the "Click". We clarify your core values and learn to use your internal signals to get honest about the questions you’ve been circling.

  • The Live Experience: The Ideation Session. A creative, structured process to move from "I don't know" to a clear vision. We will look at your future through three distinct lenses to find a path that is both inspiring and achievable.

Week 5: Integration & The Micro-step Clarity without action is just more noise. We take everything you’ve learned and distil it into a plan made of micro-steps—intentional, low-risk moves that feel like you.

  • The Experience: Visualising & Anchoring. A somatic practice to anchor your new sense of safety, giving you a "reset button" to use whenever you feel yourself stalling in the future.

How We Will Work Together

This is an intimate, high-value pilot. I’ve designed the delivery to respect your headspace and provide deep support:

Monday | The Foundation: A weekly deep-dive delivered via Video and a Full Script (for those who prefer to read/reflect). This sets the focus and provides your weekly reflections.

Thursday | Your Questions: You submit the questions you’ve encountered during the week by 4pm GMT.

Friday | The Mentor’s Response: By Friday evening, I will send a Video or Audio response addressing the group’s questions raised, giving you grounding insights for the weekend.

The Live Workshops: We will meet for a live Zoom session twice as a group.

Week 1: Friday 23 March 14:30 GMT

Week 4: Friday 17 April 12:30 GMT

These sessions allow for "hotseat" coaching and real-time transformation. If you aren’t able to attend, you will receive the recording.

Easter Break - 6-10 April - this is an opportunity for you to catch up on any material you’ve missed and to integrate your learnings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this called a "Mentorship" rather than an online course?

An online course is typically a one-way street - you download information and are left to get on with it. This is a guided, high-touch experience. Because we are untangling deep-seated identity shifts and survival patterns, I am right there with you. Between the live workshops and my responses to your specific questions each week, you are being mentored through the process, not just taught a curriculum.

Why are the live workshops a key part of this mentorship?

While the weekly videos and scripts provide the framework, the live sessions are where the "untangling" truly happens. In these sessions, I will work with a volunteer to walk through our core processes - like the Timeline or the Ideation Process - in real-time.

Watching someone else navigate their internal crossroads is incredibly powerful. It allows you to observe the process from a place of safety, often sparking your own "aha" moments as you see your own patterns reflected in theirs. They turn abstract concepts into a lived experience, helping you feel the shift in your own system as we work together.

How does this help if I’m not changing my career?

While a career crossroads is a common reason for joining, the "noise" we are untangling is actually about identity. Whether you are navigating an empty nest, relocating, or entering retirement, you are facing the same challenge: the person you were in the "last chapter" doesn't quite fit the "next one." This mentorship helps you find the person beneath the roles (Parent, Provider, Professional) so you can move forward with a sense of self-trust, regardless of the specific life change.

How will the Easter break affect the process?

We are intentional about the way we untangle. The first two weeks involve deep "deconstruction" work which can be quite reflective. By taking a week-long breather over the Easter period, we allow your nervous system time to settle and integrate those realisations. This "integration gap" ensures that when we move into Week 3 to look at what you actually want, you are doing so from a place of calm clarity rather than emotional overwhelm.

What if I’m not ready to make a big decision by the end of the four weeks?

That is perfectly okay. Many people rush into a "big leap" to escape the discomfort of being stuck, only to regret it later. This mentorship is about informed movement. Success might mean deciding to stay in your current role but without the "mask," or it might mean having a 6-month plan to transition. We focus on "Micro-Steps" - small, safe actions that build self-trust without creating chaos.

Stories from 1:1 clients who were stuck at a crossroad, unsure how to move forward.

Hi, I’m Sabrina. I help people move out of survival mode and untangle the noise of a crossroads, so they can finally hear their own voice and move forward with confidence.

I know what it’s like to stay stuck. I did it for four years. I had the 'Professional Mask' on tight, doing everything expected of me while feeling completely restless. I told myself I 'didn’t know' what to do, but the truth was deeper: I was struggling with a lack of honesty and self-trust.

I wasn't being honest about how much I had changed, and I didn't trust my own signals enough to move. My Protector kept me in the fog to "save" me from the truth. Everything I teach now comes from the moment I finally gave myself permission to be honest and stopped trying to find the "perfect" plan.

Instead, I started following my interests. Completing a Personal Training course wasn’t a strategic "career plan" or about becoming a "gym bunny", it was an honest response to a long-held interest I’d ignored for years. That one act of self-trust broke the Survival Mode and opened doors I hadn’t imagined, leading me into movement coaching, remedial work, and eventually, the deep identity work I do today.

Over the years, I’ve learned that our stuckness is interconnected. Our thoughts, habits, and physical patterns all hold the "noise" of our past. By combining my background in movement with tools like NLP, I help you reframe the patterns that keep you stalled, so you can move forward faster, and more safely, than you thought possible.

I didn’t have all the answers when I left my job, but I learned how to trust myself. Now, I help people like you move through the fog of overthinking and untangle the noise, so you can finally create a life that actually feels like yours.
