When everything is changing, it’s easy to feel stuck in a "Survival Loop" - clinging to old beliefs and outdated versions of ourselves because they feel safe, even as they start to feel suffocating.
Untangling the Noise is a 5-week process to move you from stuck and second-guessing, to clear and self-trusting.
Breaking Out of Survival Mode
Most of us stay stuck because our Protector is trying to keep us safe. When you are in "Survival Mode", your brain treats change as a threat. This leaves you feeling foggy, exhausted, and unable to choose a direction, even when you know you can't stay where you are.
This mentorship is designed to help you step out of that mode by:
Understanding the Origin: Uncovering why your Protector stepped in and when this survival blueprint was first created.
Internal Mediation: Helping your need for safety and your need for growth to stop fighting and start working together.
Safe Exploration: Moving from scary "big leaps" to "Micro-steps" that your nervous system can actually handle.
How the Mentorship works
It’s a 4-week process delivered over 5 weeks, allowing for a 1-week break to let your insights settle. It is a combination of self reflection and live ‘hot-seat’ coaching.

Week 1: Deconstruct Why I’m Stuck
Understand the conditioning, the beliefs, and the behaviours that kept you safe in the past but are keeping you stalled today.
Week 2: The Inner Conflict (Mediation)
When you feel "torn", it’s often because your Protector and your True Self are fighting for the steering wheel. We untangle your current needs and learn to distinguish the voice of fear from the voice of truth.
The Live Experience: A gentle internal mediation to move from internal shouting to a sense of inner harmony & an opportunity to physically and mentally step back through your journey to see what you are ready to leave behind and reclaim the strengths you need for today.
Week 3: A week of integration
Week 4: Identifying What You Want
Once the noise settles, we can finally see what we’ve been looking for. We clarify your core values and learn to use your internal signals to get honest about the questions you’ve been circling.
The Live Experience: Explore what you want - even if you don’t know what that is. A creative, structured process to move from "I don't know" to a clear vision. We will look at your future through three distinct lenses to find a path that is both inspiring and achievable.
Week 5: Integration & The Micro-step
Clarity without action is just more noise. We take everything you’ve learned and turn it into a plan made of small-steps -intentional, low-risk moves that feel like you.
The Live Experience: Visualising & Anchoring. A somatic practice to anchor your new sense of safety, giving you a "reset button" to use whenever you feel yourself stalling in the future.
How We Will Work Together
This is an intimate, high-value beta test. I’ve designed the delivery to respect your headspace and provide deep support:
Monday | The Foundation: A weekly deep-dive delivered via Video and a Full Script (for those who prefer to read/reflect). This sets the focus and provides your weekly reflections.
Thursday | Your Questions: You submit the questions you’ve encountered during the week by 4pm UK time.
Friday | The Mentor’s Response: By Friday evening, I will send a Video or Audio response addressing the group’s questions raised, giving you grounding insights for the weekend.
The Live Coaching: We will meet for a live Zoom session three times as a group.

These sessions allow for "hotseat" coaching and real-time transformation. If you aren’t able to attend, you will receive the recording.

Why is this called a "Mentorship" rather than an online course?
An online course is typically a one-way street - you download information and are left to get on with it. This is a guided, high-touch experience. Because we are untangling ingrained patterns, I am right there with you. Between the live workshops and my responses to your specific questions each week, you are being mentored through the process, not just taught a curriculum.
Why are the live coaching a key part of this mentorship?
While the weekly videos and scripts provide the framework, the live sessions are where the "untangling" truly happens. In these sessions, I will work with a volunteer(s) and take you through a specific coaching tool.
There’s something powerful about watching someone else navigate their crossroads. It helps you see your own patterns more clearly-the ones you’ve been stuck in without realising. And suddenly what felt complicated starts to make more sense.
How does this help if I’m not changing my career?
A career change is often what brings people here, but what we’re really working with is identity. Whether it’s an empty nest, moving house, retirement, or something else shifting, it’s the same experience underneath: the version of you that fitted your last chapter doesn’t quite fit what comes next. This mentorship helps you step out from the roles you’ve been holding—parent, professional, provider—and reconnect with yourself so you can move forward with self-trust.
Why is there a week off mid-process?
We’re intentional about the way we work through things. The first two weeks are about slowing down and getting honest about what’s really going on. Then we take a pause so it all has space to settle. When we move into Week 3 and start looking at what you want next, you’re doing it from a calmer, clearer place—not the noise of everything at once.
What is the time commitment?
You’ll need between 1-2 hours a week to watch, read, engage and reflect, but this process is more about honesty than time. If you are willing to be honest and actually see what you’ve been avoiding you will achieve faster, deeper shifts. Additionally, the live coaching sessions are designed to help you progress even faster.
What if I’m not ready to make a big decision by the end of the 5 weeks?
That’s completely okay. A lot of people feel the urge to make a big change just to escape the stuckness, and then end up second-guessing it later. This is about moving from a clearer place. For some, that means staying where they are but letting go of the pressure they’ve been carrying. For others, it means a slower, planned transition. Either way, we work with small, steady steps that build self-trust without creating chaos.

Hi, I’m Sabrina. I help people move out of survival mode and untangle the noise of a crossroads, so they can finally hear their own voice and move forward with confidence.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck. I stayed there for years—doing everything that looked right on the outside, while feeling restless and disconnected on the inside.
For a long time I told myself I didn’t know what I wanted. But really, I wasn’t being honest with myself about how much I’d changed, and I didn’t trust what I was feeling enough to act on it.
Everything shifted when I stopped waiting for certainty and started following what I was genuinely drawn to. A Personal Training course wasn’t a grand plan or identity change—it was just an honest step towards something I’d ignored for too long.
That one decision opened a path I couldn’t have planned: movement coaching, remedial work, and eventually the deeper identity work I do now.
What I’ve learned is that stuckness isn’t just a mindset issue. It shows up in how we think, move, and respond to life - and it’s all connected.
