You’ve not exercised for a few years as you’ve been busy bringing up a family and working.  You’re now looking forward to retirement and you want to be able to make the most of it – travelling to far flung destinations, experiencing different cultures and generally enjoying your freedom.

You’d like more energy, strength, increased flexibility and you'd also like to look great in your favourite outfit. You want to be able to move freely without any aches, stiffness or pain. 

Tight, tense And Stressed

“I’m very active, I run and cycle regularly.  I enjoy racing and am always striving for a PB.  I feel my reoccurring knee and lower back pain is however holding me back.”

You train hard, several times a week but your niggles are preventing you from pushing yourself harder.  You’re pretty fit but you’re concerned that something may eventually pop.
