To run strong you need to train your whole body, focusing on developing a strong core and exceptional glutes. You should never neglect your chest and back though as these muscles help you power through to a powerful finish. 

I used to love long distance running so I am very familiar with all the injuries that come about as a result of imbalances and weaknesses.  

If you want to build your strength to help you run stronger and faster, I offer strength training for runners.  These sessions can also be used to improve your anaerobic threshold helping you run a faster 5k or 10k race.  Who doesn't want a PB?

Sessions last 60 mins each.

Cost:  £400 for 10 sessions.
