Where does training take place?

For individuals training can take place at a local park (permissions allowing) or within your home. I presently train in the borough of Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas.  Contact me for more information.

Are you a Personal Trainer?

Yes. I am a level 3 YMCA Fit Personal Trainer.  My specialities include helping women aged 30+ build strength and regain lost mobility from injury or living sedentary lives, helping those who have a poor relationship with exercise develop a positive attitude to health and fitness, and providing strength training for runners.  

Why should I train with you?

I like to understand who you are and what you want to achieve and what your challenges are.  I aim to design sessions so they not only meet your goals but are also highly enjoyable and varied.  There is nothing worse than doing the same old routine day in day out and not seeing any results.

I am also a firm believer in education and information.  I want you to understand why you are doing the exercises I set and the relevance of the different approaches.

Because my mission is to help you move more, I also aim to help you build more physical activity into your daily life.

Personal training can be a life changing experience, I want you to understand and enjoy your journey.

 

How often do I have to train with you?

This is entirely up to you, but generally at least once per week.  The more regularly you train with me, the faster you will see results.

 

I’ve not done any exercise for years, can you help me?

Yes, most definitely.  We can arrange a free consultation and taster session to explore how we can work together.  The Best Start package would be a good place for you to start.

 

How does a Personal Trainer help me achieve my goals?

As a PT I am here to help motivate and inspire you into achieving your fitness goals.

  3. Fitness testing.

  4. Nutritional diet analysis.

  5. I design varied, challenging, yet fun sessions for you and these progress as your fitness improves.

  6. I provide education and motivation during each session so you understand how each exercise will benefit you.

  7. We hold regular reviews to check if you’re on track with your goals.

Do you run group classes or boot camps?

I offer small group training (up to 3 people) if you have a group of you who want to work out together.
