Fear not! These sessions provide a friendly and fun environment to help you get fitter and stronger.
Tuesday sessions are best suited to those who consider themselves beginners and are relatively new to exercise.
The classes are varied so work your whole body functionally. This means your work out will help you improve your everyday movements - bending, lifting, throwing, pushing, reaching and twisting.
If you want to get fitter whilst having fun, this class is for you.

Dabble with exercise every now and again but know you need to do more?
Maybe you take part in Park Runs each week, but do little else?
Don’t have any movement issues and are able to do exercises that involve getting up and down from the floor?
Thursdays are mixed ability sessions - designed to not only get your physically fitter, but also mentally charged. You will work your whole body along with improving your co-ordination and balance - all of which leads to a stronger, fitter brain and body. Contact me for spaces.
