Fear not! These sessions provide a friendly and fun environment to help you get fitter and stronger.
This programme is aimed at those who consider themselves new to circuit training. The training leans towards improving running fitness and strength however the programme is suitable for most beginners and improvers.
Classes are capped at 15. Spaces may be available to new members, please contact me if you are interested in joining.
